RCP Accepts the following types of payment methods. Cash or check is preferred. 

NOTE: Quotes are typically given as a flat rate cost that includes all the expenses of equipment transportation, setup, pre-planning, editing and/or post-production work and finishing.  It is highly recommended to conduct an in-person or phone consultation for video production services in order to establish a detailed and accurate quote, given the variables involved.

DELIVERABLES

Photography

• All edited photos in full-resolution 300dpi non-watermarked format
• All edited photos in reduced size, watermarked versions (at 72dpi) optimized specifically for social media sharing
• Photographer-signed print permission form
• Turnaround time for photos are usually 1-3 weeks depending on extent of shoot, including wedding photography
• There is no limit on the number of photos delivered for the quoted price

Video Production

• Client-specified format, codec and resolution copy (if unspecified, videos are delivered in high-quality ProRes 422HQ at the resolution in which they were shot)
• Appropriate licenses for third-party content (if applicable, examples include music soundtracks, graphics, clips, samples, etc.)
• One-page summary of video data including format, runtime, applicable time code markers if needed, and other parameters specific to your video's final export options
• Release forms for on-screen talent (if applicable)
• Any other legal and/or chain of title documentation required (if applicable)
• Turnaround time for video productions varies greatly, depending on the extent and scope of the production.
